Public Interest responsibilities are an important and increasingly prevalent feature of corporate operations, yet the relationship with intellectual property (IP) is often seen to be problematic. In this webinar, we debunk this myth and discuss how IP management can work to achieve public interest goals. At the example of practical cases we show what companies can do to manage IP under a public interest paradigm.  In doing so, we shed light on how IP might be used in new and innovative ways to the benefit of the public.
