Management Reform of a European wide IP Training Institute

The institute was eager to improve its efficiency rate and to promote training courses throughout the E.U. in a cost effective manner. It was also keen to avoid duplication, streamline operations and to assure its courses have adequate impact.

Our Approach

We undertook a re-organisation of the institute and set up a ‘lean’ management approach to its various operational processes.

We estimate that our work helped the institute save costs of roughly 15% of its operational budget.
